How do I get a quote?

We request as much information as we can from you to determine which carriers will best fit your needs at the best price. In many cases, we can provide you with a quote the same day, or within a week, depending on the type and scope of insurance.

Will you charge me a fee for a quote and/or service?

No. Quotes are free, and all services are free. We are paid by the insurance carrier when happy customers pay their bill.

Will my insurance carrier charge a fee in addition to my monthly premium?

Maybe. Some of the “alternative” insurances we offer charge one-time administrative fees. We are upfront about these fees if they apply. No surprises.

What are DBA’s hours of operation?

Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

What states does DBA write business in?

Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, Georgia and Texas

Is Direct Benefit Advisors a carrier?

No. We are an independent brokerage. We work for the insured (you), not the carrier.
